  1. Those are all very valid issues that many organizations struggle with, often as ongoing problems. Adding to this valuable list I would include:
    *Over failure to follow disposition policies and instructions
    *Dealing with the large number/volume of physical documents and files that take up large amounts of (often expensive) storage space. This is of particular concern now, when many organizations have moved to more remote work approaches that seem likely to remain in force
    Integration of records management concerns and requirements in the planning, design, and development of the organization’s information technology resources of all types.
    *Developing and implementing an information governance framework applicable to risk, quality, security, privacy, policy and regulator compliance, and audit management processes and standards appropriate for records management.
